Can I still use a physical bamboo server now that server licenses are phased out?

I'm trying to setup a standalone bamboo server for my team's use. I understand that I cannot procure a "server license" anymore. Therefore, is this setup still achievable? Or do I have to explore a cloud based solution?

You can still purchase server licenses. I did just the other month for Bamboo. I believe Bamboo is an exception until the Data Center version is released.
