Build incomplete on Jira

Hello everyone and thanks for your time to read this topic,
using bamboo with jira I noticed an issue that cannot resolve by myself. Sometimes, when a successfully bamboo build is completed, on Jira is marked as incomplete.
Then, when I follow the link of latest build I have this:
Also in logs I don't have any errors or issues.
When I manualy launch another build, it appears as successful also on Jira. Can I resolve this issue without re-launch another build manualy?
What can it depend on?
my Jira version is: v7.10.0
my Bamboo version is: 7.2.2
