Hi, I want to know how to obtain the license key for the software (Bamboo) that will be installed on a computer without internet access.

welcome to the Atlassian community.

 

Via https://my.atlassian.com you should be able to generate the required license key by providing your Server ID that you then can use on your instance

Hi Kurt, thanks for the response.  Does this still apply when the computer I am trying to install the tools on does not have internet access?
