Bamboo service failing to start

From the log:

D:\Data\bamboo-home\xml-data\configuration\administration.xml (Access is denied)
 
Could not save setupType:com.atlassian.config.ConfigurationException: Couldn't save bamboo.cfg.xml to D:\Data\bamboo-home directory.

Looks like the account that is running Bamboo doesn't have sufficient permissions.

BTW you're running Bamboo 4.2.1 which is more than 3 years old. 
You might want to consider upgrading to a more recent version.
