We have been having issues with Bamboo for the past couple of weeks.  We had triggers defined to automatically run builds on a daily basis and started receiving the following build error: 

Build xxxxx had to be cancelled: it was marked as in progress in DB but Bamboo has no record of this build.

The trigger has been deleted, but it is still firing!  Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, what did you do to resolve it?

We are on version 6.2.1 build 60208
