Bamboo is getting stuck 'Loading...' the Requirements for the default job of plans and 'Searching...' for users and groups on the Global permissions page. The workaround has been to restart Bamboo, but this is not a long-term solution so I would like to know if there is another alternative long-term solution to this problem. If there is, can you please share? Thank you!

If this occurred more than once, it's best to open a Bamboo support ticket and directly attach your Bamboo Support Zip to it, capturing this incident.
It likely contains error messages in the logs allowing troubleshooting your issue.
