Hi Toby,

Welcome to the Community!

Do you have any more information in your Bamboo server log file?

You should be able to find the log file the the logs folder of the Bamboo home directory.  what you have provided at this point doesn't really provide enough information to point to the root cause, though in my own experience I'd be looking in the log file for database connection issues.
