Hi team,
Recently, our BAMBOO's license got expired , and meanwhile we get new license, now I have to generate "Personal Access Token" for a user. But when I tried to do it form the User's profile, the create new Token option is not appearing, is this due to license expiry?
If yes, Please help an alternative solution to generate the personal access token for users.

Welcome to Atlassian community.
License should have any restriction on generating PAT tokens, as I understand you have just replaced one license with another.
what is the error you are getting? Can you replicate the issue and check <bamboo-home>logs>atlassian-bamboo.log file and see if there are any errors?
