The information is not enough to determine what is happening, could you please share more log entries (stacktrace in which the Caused by was extracted from would be a start)?

While pasting the logs i am getting the message, pls check for invalid HTML. though i am sending plain text. 

Pls suggest another method or some alternate mail to send you the logs.
