how to integrate the two separate bamboo build pipelines using power shell script

Actually i have two separate pipelines for DEVLOPMENT & TESTING teams,

in my team here using Bamboo spec only nt bamboo UI, changes need to done by script only

so now i want  to integrate this two pipelines through script,

and i wanna trigger the Testing pipeline automatically after the development pipeline deployment, 

its urgent could you pls help me how to procced this. thanks
