The creation of a rule based on different reporters

Hello,

A rule should be created that automatically adds a specific participant to an issue when a certain list of reporters (customers) raises it.
Is there a way to do that?
To date, I can only set up a rule, which automatically adds a specific participant to any issue created.
Project Settings>Automation>Create Rule>When: Issue Created (and then save)............Next component>Then: New Action>Edit Issue, select - Request Participant and then select the name.
Thanks

Hi @Cchristophersonn Galvez -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You could add a condition to test if the Reporter is in a list of users to test this.  I believe a JQL or user condition would work.

Kind regards,
Bill
