Hello,
I've created an automation that should trigger any time an issue's status is update. There are no conditions beyond that.
When the status is updated, the action is to post a comment that says 'The status has been updated to X'.
I enabled the rule, change the status & it worked on the first change:
After this however, I've changed the status multiple times and no comment is added.

How are you triggering the automation? Also on the comment action, have you disabled/unchecked this one?
