Hi there, does anyone know if the free Smartchecklist clones the checklist items when a card is cloned? It's not working in our project any longer, and I'm sure it was working when we set the project up initially. It's a Company managed project.

Also, please check if you have the "Checklists" custom field set up correctly, see here:

weirdly enough the issue seems to be resolved now. T
he strange thing was that the Smart Checklist would clone successfully if you didn't edit the name of the cloned card during the cloning process, however as soon as you edited it during the cloning process the Smart Checklist would not clone.
I guess all's well that ends well, however something to be mindful of if it occurs again...

Hello, I am having the same issue. Every time I clone a ticket, the Smart Checklist is not cloned, although the other checklists are. Any idea on what I could do?

Thanks for reaching out! There might be several reasons for that so we need more details from your side to investigate.
First of all, please make sure that you have the "Checklists" custom field set up correctly:
If this doesn't help, please come back to us at support@titanapps.io and share the Browser Console Logs (.HAR file) for the Issue where the checklist is not cloned.
Also, are you on Cloud or Data Center?

I am on Cloud and verified that the Checklists custom field is set up correctly. I am afraid the .HAR file is too big to send via email. Do you know what else I could try to clone the smart checklists?

No need to send a .har file because you are on Cloud Jira.
But we would like you to perform Synchronization of Checklsit data and try cloning again.
If this exercise didn't help you can send more details about your custom fields configuration (what fields do you have and their contexts) using Helpscout platform.
