Hi team,
I activated the following automation:
1. If comment ~ This can be closed
2. Then transition to DONE
What I need is to change the 'comment' to 'last comment'. The reason is that if the ticket reopens at a later stage, then the automation reads the comment again and closes it again.

Thanks for the infos. I created this rule with jira cloud automations and it worked. Reopened issue will not close on any other comment:

Are you using Server/Data Center or Cloud?
Is your question about the integrated service desk automations or project automations provided by automation for jira app?
