The question is.
If the changed field on the form (it is a user field) and after submitting the form customer (from this user field) should receive mail with another form to the filling.
So, does it not possible to extract values from the form fields in the ticket?
Could you provide a bit more detail on what you're trying to do? Are you using Jira Service Management forms?
