Se clicco su uno dei diversi progetti che ho creato mi mostra una pagina come se bloccata...

Buongiorno a tutti, purtroppo per un lasso di tempo non ho potuto continuare a praticare Jira. non so perché se vado sulla pagina impostazione di progetto vedo i diversi progetti che ho creato, che hanno una nomenclatura del tipo:
<nome progetto>.atlassian.net, se clicco su uno di questi la pagina sembra come bloccata...i link. delle varie opzioni come: Progetti, Filtri e Dashboards sembrano come disabilitati....ringrazio anticipatamente chi vorrà prestarmi aiuto.
