"Atlassian’s Server support is going away in Feb. 2024, and it’s important to start thinking about migrating to Jira Cloud. But migrating in one go needs a lot of preparation and runs the risk of things getting out of control very quickly. Why not migrate in more manageable phases and reduce the risk of data losses and prolonged downtimes?

In this talk, we’ll deep-dive into the migration to Jira Cloud, discuss the four migration strategies recommended by Atlassian, and shed some light on the pros and cons of a phased migration strategy. We will also discuss our practical recommendations for executing a successful phased migration."
