SCIM-synced Teams EAP: You can now connect your Managed Teams to a local Atlassian group

Hey folks đź‘‹

Previously, you could only connect your teams to SCIM-synced groups.

In case you missed it in my post new and upcoming features, you can now connect your groups to local Atlassian groups i.e. non SCIM-sync groups.

Here's what it looks like:

1. You can see that aprils-test-group-2 is a local Atlassian group (non SCIM-synced group) as it doesn't have a lock. It doesn't have a team connected to it yet.

2. Click the group and click 'create team' to connect a new team to the group.

3. You can now see that a newly created Managed Team is connected to the group.

The above is 100% roll out and you can try it out today.

We're also currently rolling out a blue indicator so you can identify your Managed Teams easily.

If you click into the team profile of a Managed Team, you'll see this blue tick indicator. We're currently rolling it out to the main touchpoints where Teams are used.

This will be rolled out to all customers by end of next week and I will make another post then.

Appreciate all your patience and all the feedback we've had so far! Please feel free to comment or reach out if you have any questions, suggestions, feedback 🙏
