This year at Cloud Equip, we had the pleasure of connecting with the Atlassian team, who provided valuable training alongside other partners through various sessions. It was a delightful experience to reunite with both old friends and new acquaintances from different partners, sharing stories and collaborating during the training. Some key elements of the training included:

AMER Partner Cloud Equip ( 22nd & 23rd January 2025)

Partner resources and assets that Atlassian is developing for partner benefits, as well as building internal intellectual property for service sales. These resources will be posted on the Partner Portal for our access. Notable assets include a cloud ROI calculator and the Solution Design Assessment (SDA).

Statement of Work (SoW) = System of Work. This concept resonated with me during the training, as it introduces the idea of System of Work (SoW) and how to align our statements of work with this framework. The System of Work is aimed at C-level executives, helping them understand how Atlassian can drive their companies' success by aligning with the SoW principles, which are:

• All teams

• Align work to goals

• Plan and track work

• Unleash collective knowledge

Analytics Lab Queries/Hands On Exercises

Although I missed the Rovo lab, I look forward to trying it out soon. I did participate in the Analytics lab, which was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with the Analytics team in building a dashboard and charts. Even though the introduction was simple, it was rewarding to engage hands-on with the team rather than configuring it solely.

In summary, we have gained valuable insights from the Atlassian team and our partners through collaborative efforts utilizing the new resources provided by Atlassian. I am enthusiastic about collaborating with our team to comprehend the Statement of Work (SoW) and guide our clients toward success by implementing these methodologies. Our focus will not only be on the tools offered by Atlassian but also on the processes that facilitate an effective system of work.
