Do you want to restore closed boards or restore deleted boards or cards? if it is closed boards, you can refer to the following documentation:

However, if you want to restore deleted boards or cards then it is not possible unless you are using a power app to backup your Trello boards and cards. If you are considering one then here are some of your options:
