'Provide Feedback' option in Atlassian documentation and Jira DC itself fail to submit

'Give Feedback' / 'Provide Feedback' option on documentation pages and in Jira fails to submit no matter what I do

Noticed on this page

Then tried again on another, and finally within my own Jira DC instance, specifically in the Adv. Roadmaps feature

I did actually try in incognito/inprivate and saw the same result, I'll try out what you suggested later. I don't believe I tried chrome, tests were done on ms edge

Sorry to hear about this problem.   While this appears to be working for me, I have seen this problem before.  In a previous problem report, I have see this happen when the cookie expires for the site that is expected to store that feedback data.  I believe that this particular issue collector is storing that data to the jira.atlassian.com site.

Could you try to visit https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa By doing so, I expect that your browser session will automatically update the cookie for that site.  Then try to see if you can submit that feedback collector over on https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/get-started-with-advanced-roadmaps-1044784155.html

If that doesn't work, I'd be interested to see if you can perhaps try to recreate this using an incognito/private browsing session that would be void of cache/existing cookies.
