Getting a 400 error when attempting to sign up for a webinar

I've been attempting to sign up for this webinar since I got the first email about it last week, but the same error occurs every time. Since I don't have a paid account, I can't submit the bug.

I've emptied my cache, tried in incognito mode, and tried in multiple browsers, but it didn't help.

Is anyone else having a problem with this one?
