Hi there,
We are moving from onprem ITSM solution (not an Atlassian product) to JSM Cloud and I am one of the people who will be at the top of the tree on our side to liaise with stake holders assemble requirements and basically herd all the kittens into the correct spot :)
I am just hoping to find some templates, guides about moving to JSM Cloud but from another product completely.
If this information isn't tucked away in here, would someone be able to steer me to some resources.
Thank you kindly.
S.
May I know which tool you are migrating from
The migration can be carried out either via CSV format or API
Here's the reference link for the approach

Thanks,
Pramodh
We are moving away from Cherwell (on-prem in Sydney).
