My name's Denis, I'm from Italy and I'm here to talk about the AI' new functions on Jira Service Management.
I'm working on it in order to enable a chatbot to our users' disposal, who can draw on our knowledge base stored in Confluence.
I turned on the bot and test it in QA environment. I noticed that it is not so accurate in some replies, even though the documentation was very clear for the argoument mentioned (it reported articles completely wrong or misleading actions).
I know the feature is in BETA period, so that's ok. But does anyone have news about a roadmap for future updates or new improvements?
I think this tool can be very very interesting if it can work fluently!
