Confluence AI Search scope & prompt

Hi Team,

We have been given access to the AI feature in Confluence and are playing around with it and are really impressed with the results.

We do have one question though: are you planning to keep the feature as a black box, or are you planning to give users access to some settings such as the scope of the search or the prompt?

I'm Izzy, the PM for the smart answer feature. Thank you for the feedback!

We are planning on introducing the ability for users to do natural language filtering in their query (e.g. specify spaces, authors etc. to filter by in the search query) as well as get smart search to respect confluence filters. There is unfortunately no timeline for this I can provide you at this time.
