Availability of AI in JSM and Confluence

Hi Atlassian team, although I have been given access to AI for Jira Software, I would like to see if it would be possible to also have it enabled in Confluence and Jira Service Mgmt. I am eager to try all the new AI capabilities. Thanks so much in advance.

Hi @Ethan Yew  Hope you can help us also enable this with our JSM. Have signed the disclosure agreement weeks back but Virtual Agent is still unable with JSM. Please help.

@Danisse - we are doing an incremental rollout of the VA feature. You should see access early next week!

I am the other way round, I have it for Confluence and JSM but not for software.
