I believe that I have everything set up based on the setup page for Atlassian Intelligence answers, however I do not thing that this feature is working. When i go to our customer portal and enter some text I get some KB articles returned, however when i try the same in my test slack channel i only get the "I don't understand ..." reply. Has anyone else had any issues with this or perhaps i missed something?

We also had the same problem when we started. Can you check if there is a knowledge base linked with the project and it is configured to be viewed by all?
