Atlassian Intelligence answers do not seem to be working with my knowledge base

I believe that I have everything set up based on the setup page for Atlassian Intelligence answers, however I do not thing that this feature is working. When i go to our customer portal and enter some text I get some KB articles returned, however when i try the same in my test slack channel i only get the "I don't understand ..." reply. Has anyone else had any issues with this or perhaps i missed something?

Hey Wade, did you enable the Atlassian Intelligence answers setting under Virtual Agent > Settings?

We also had the same problem when we started. Can you check if there is a knowledge base linked with the project and it is configured to be viewed by all?

"We did figure out the issue (the KB connect app user is missing from your site). We are working with the KB team to get it resolved."
