Are there any plans to enable Atlassian Intelligence on BAA / HIPAA accounts?

My company has the HIPAA-safe notifications enabled under a BAA and as I understand it, that means we cannot use Atlassian Intelligence. Are there any plans to expand the offering to clients under this circumstance? We'd love to use these features but right now, we have no incentive to move to Premium because we can't.

I would also like to know. One of the main reasons we signed up for Service Desk was to use the Assist feature and now that Atlassian is removing the feature for HIPAA accounts (since AI can't be enabled) it takes away most of our functionality.
