Hi Atlassian Team,
We got access to the AI-supported JQL issue search, but we hoped to try out the Virtual Agent and the AI feature to summarize JSM issues and their comment history.
We are using JSM for (external) customer service, where these features could be very valuable.
Any chance we can get access to these features as well or will they be added later to the EAP?
