From Zero to Hero: How I Used AI to Help me Craft my System of Work Community-Led Class

Hi all, it's Bryan, your (somewhat missing?) group leader!

Sorry it's been so long since you've heard from me. I promise I'll be back much more often going forward. There's so much going on in AI, I can't afford to not drop in and chat with you all much more often!

Today, i've got a special treat for you all. I recently gave a presentation on the Atlassian System of Work, and I used several AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT, to help me put it together. I'd like to show you how I did it!

Disclaimer: I could've (and should've) used Rovo, but I reached for the tools I was currently most familiar with - seems like a great opportunity for me to do this again, but with Rovo - next video maybe?

So, without further adieu, please check out the Loom below and let me know what feedback you have!

Hey Bryan,

I appreciate you pulling this list together... lots of great tools. Most people I speak with are just using GPT prompts. Nice to see you pushing the envelope!

We spent a couple years building an Autonomous AI solution that went life in February. Now we have 24x7x365 super fast, smart and sentiment matching agentic support. A customer may send in four paragraphs with lots of fluff and within seconds receive back a well written response that matches their personality and technical level with the actionable issues summarized (no more "We're on it").  Everything from minor issues to complex projects are handled autonomously. Our overseas developers can update in their own language or simply close issues with "Done". It then crafts a detailed response in a tone and technical level that aligns with the customer. Also found that customers who previously would only work with me, now prefer to use support. This has freed up 95% of my time which I've used to build it into a SaaS for anyone to see the same benefits, called Netdots.

Would be great to have you check it out and provide feedback. It takes 5 minutes to setup Netdots Service Management. There is a free tier and/or I am happy to demo it for you.

Thank you again for supporting the community by sharing AI tools and knowledge.

Hi Bryan,

Thank you for sharing your presentation and explaining your exploration of various AI applications.

We we also utilized ChatGPT for numerous Jira automations including customer support and release management. However, due to cost considerations (rovo), we developed a suite of marketplace applications to address our common use cases and bring the same solution to the masses.

These include reviewing Jira tickets to generate release notes, assessing customer sentiment, and crafting AI-driven responses that maintain the context of the ticket. You can create your own custom prompts and build automations around them.

We invite you to explore our AI apps available on the Jira Marketplace and would appreciate your feedback.

Thank you,

Team Appbox
