Hi there,
I am trying to create Atlas project from existing Epics. (to take advantage of setting up the project sync).
Our workflow would be to create Atlas Goals and Subgoals first and then leverage that hierarchy to add Atlas Projects to the appropriate goal.
The issue is that only certain Epics from specific Jira Projects are found in the search bar. Is there a permission that is required somewhere for an Epic from an Jira Project? I also checked that this is not an issue isolated to JWM. There are some JSM projects that are found and some that are not but I did not see a difference in the permissions that were granted to those projects.
Thanks!
Hi @Lyndon Tam !
We saw this as well when trying to link Epics. Not sure if there is a bug atm, but we got around it by going to the Jira epic itself, and scrolling to the bottom of the right-hand context panels for the Project overview section. This allowed us to create an Atlas project from the Epic directly which honestly was much easier than creating the Atlas project and then trying to sync.
Give that a try and see how you like it! Hope it helps!
