Hi all.
I'm creating a pretty basic table in Atlassian Analytics. The query is picking up the issue type with the key ID of CSDETECT-100. I've selected which columns I would like on the table - Issue Key, Labels, Summary, Created at, Status.
When I execute the query, the Labels value is returned as ["Field not supported"]:
This is not correct as the value of the Label for this issue type is SIEM_Log_Onboarding:
During my testing I ran a query to show about 300 different issue types. The strange thing is that the correct Label did actually appear for about 20, but the rest returned as ["Field not supported"]. E.g:
If anyone can shed any light on why some issue types are returning an incorrect value and how I can resolve it I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Chris
Hi Christopher,
This is related to this bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ANALYTICS-69.
If you can open a support ticket with our team and grant us permission to access your instance to investigate the problem, we can investigate exactly what conditions are causing the data to not show up for those issues.
Thanks,
Tracy
