Hi,
I have a request from my customer to populate usage statistics for Customer portal users, as well as agents. ideally split the stats per customer portal/project. Plus the stats for views of the confluence pages in the customer portal by the customer users.
I'm looking for last login, status of the Agent (invited vs. active, inactive), number of tickets worked on by the agent, etc.
Any ideas? I think, I have the correct data associated to my data lake.
