Hi,
I have a request from my customer to populate usage statistics for Customer portal users, as well as agents. ideally split the stats per customer portal/project. Plus the stats for views of the confluence pages in the customer portal by the customer users.
I'm looking for last login, status of the Agent (invited vs. active, inactive), number of tickets worked on by the agent, etc.
Any ideas? I think, I have the correct data associated to my data lake.

Hi Marie, thanks for the question! The Atlassian Data Lake currently doesn't have Jira Service Management Portal data available. We have a few feature requests below for various JSM Portal related data to be added to the Data Lake that may be of interest for you.
I'd highly recommend that you vote for and watch any of these feature requests. Additionally, you can leave a comment on the feature requests with extra information regarding why the data would be helpful for your reporting use case.
