Can I create Portfolio Management dashboards with AR + AAC ?

Thanks for reading. 

Currently, what I know is that the following cannot be achieved with Jira AR.

Create a single dashboard with % of deviations from schedule and % of deviations from the budget to track Portfolio Management changes live. 

The question is, Would it be possible to achieve the above by using AR + AAC? If so, could you share any information that would help get started?

We don't have Advanced Roadmap data in the Atlassian Data Lake just yet, so it sounds like what you're looking for wouldn't be possible right now.
