Hi everyone!
Currently my organization (Not yet created on Atlassian afaik, looking to do it this week!) is using Jira softwarel, jira service management and bitbucket. Everything's handled separately and users are created/users log in through their google account on each solution.
I'm planning on using Access to connect it to our IdP, manage user access and roles from there but I was worried about the potential impact it could have on production.
What would happen to all those users already created or those that have already logged in?
Kind regards,
Mac
Hi Mac,
When you set up Access with your identity tool, it should sync the users so that there should not be a problem. But I would do it during off hours when users are not logged in.
So those users who have already logged in retain their permissions and services, correct?
