User email changed, SAML not updating Atlassian

A user changed his name recently. We use Atlassian Access to log in, from Office 365. Although his username and email were changed in Office, when he tries to log into Confluence or Jira,  he gets this message. There is nothing in the admin console that I can figure out to tie this and his old account together.
