Retrieve Recovery Codes with SSH when using google single sign-on

Question

I couldn't access my bitbucket account due to losing my 2FA app and couldn't retrieve the data back. I've tried using ssh but apparently, I couldn't input the password because I use google single sign-on to login to bitbucket.

I can still access the other atlassian services but I just couldn't use my bitbucket. Is there any way to solve this? Thanks

I saw that you created a ticket with our support and the issue was resolved by resetting the 2FA through an email that the engineer sent to you.
