Not able to create a team in Advanced Roadmaps

Question

I want to create a Team in Advanced Roadmaps.  I added the team field to the screens.  But on the Add a Team screen, when I choose "Add an existing shared team", the "Add shared team" button is unavailable.

Have you created any Shared Teams?

To do this...

* Go to Plans > View Shared Teams
* Select Create Team in the top-right corner

If you are unable to create Shared Teams, make sure you have the right permissions to create them. You'll need to be a Jira Admin to check this, then...

* Go to Plans > Settings
* Select Advanced Roadmaps Permissions from the left-hand menu
* Next to Shared Team Management, ensure appropriate Groups have access
