How do I log into my Admin tools after I updated SAML?

I just updated my SAML today in the Confluence Manage Ad-Ons, and now I can't access my Admin tools anymore.

This is urgent, please help.

Hi @Josh Grow,

there are multiple SAML Apps for Confluence, would you be so kind to mention which one you use?

Also can you describe what happens when you access the Admin tools?

The only thing I am aware of which very often happens around admin access & SAML is the inability to use WebSudo then (the password prompt when trying to access admin functions). Here is a KB Article form us & our plugin around this: https://wiki.resolution.de/doc/test/latest/all/knowledgebase/admin-password-prompt-websudo

But this should not happen due to a update, that would only happen when you don't use a Admin with a local password in Confluence or when you break remote LDAP authentication.

Cheers,
   Chris
