Disabling a faulty SSO/SAML configuration

We've just set up SSO via SAML and Microsoft Azure, but are now unable to log in.  When entering a company email address on id.atlassian.net, no redirect to the Microsoft authentication page appears.

How can we disable SSO temporarily, or log in such that we can troubleshoot?
