We recently added the manager attribute to be exposed from Okta as per the guidlines to get Atlas' reporting lines feature working but we are not seeing the information populate in Atlassian user profiles. We use emails as the ID format and Okta gives confirmation logging that the attribute is pushed.
I have also confirmed that all users have the product assigned to them, any assistance on this would be great!
