Hello all! I saw the product suggestion for Atlas while working inside of Jira. Currently we use 15five to keep track of our OKR's, give "kudos", and our weekly check ins (how are you feeling 1-5, what went well this week, anything stressing you out that we haven't covered in our weekly 1:1 type of questions).
Right now, the only thing preventing us from trying out atlas would be the lack of heartbeat on individuals/tracking 1:1's and follow-throughs on 1:1's between direct reports and their manager. Just curious if this is on the roadmap at all?
Hi Jacob, thanks for reaching out!
Atlas tracks Projects and Goals and users have visibility of the teams that contribute to those. You also have the ability to see direct reports within an Individual profile to help connect with others more easily.
Tracking 1:1's is something really interesting though. How do you envisage this working?
I will definitely add this to our ideas so that if we do get to it we can let you know.
Here's a Youtube video that might give you a bit more information on Atlas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYTpwQZWNtw
Please let me know if there's anything else you need from us :)
