Hello,
From Atlas, I'm trying to add a Slack channel in the followers section, but the specific Slack channel doesn't show up as an option. What are the criteria for Slack channels to be searchable and selectable?
I also tried to paste the link of the Atlas project in the Slack channel, but even though I get a success message, no link happens.
What am I missing? Thanks!
Hi @Carlos Garcia Navarro 👋
Let's figure this out! I have a few questions to help narrow it down
Hi @Nir Nikolaevsky ,
I was able to resolve this issue finally! :-). The problem was that there were channels in two different workspaces. I had to re-installl the Slack app but selecting the other Slack workspace, and then I got access to all the channels. Thanks for all the good questions and suggestions!

Have you tried using the /atlas command in Slack or /atlas connect <URL> shortcut will directly link your Atlas project with Slack?

Can you maybe uninstall and reinstall the app in Slack?

These are all good ideas. I tried that too, but the problem persists. Are you able to connect the Atlas projects with any Slack channels? I wonder if there are some criteria...
