Hi, we're new to using Atlas.
Is there a concept of Customer (similar to Jira Service Desk Customer) in Atlas?
So that we can share the update to our external Customer?
Hey @Arief Halim - thanks for the question. No, Atlas doesn't have the concept of an external customer and it doesn't currently support updating customers externally.
We do have an idea on our Jira Product Discovery backlog. I'll make sure to capture your feedback there.
Curious though @Arief Halim - what is the use case you want to solve here? Who are the external customers?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
So we're a B2B company, providing application and API integration with external parties.
We're wondering if we can also inform external parties whenever there are any updates like new features on our application or new version of our API.
So we can "register" their PIC to be kept updated on a certain project/topic.
So if Partner A is using application X, then every time we update application X, Partner A will be informed as well. If Partner B is using API Y, then they will be only notified on API Y.
