The email reminders for the weekly updates are scheduled for Fridays, but we would like them to correspond with our end of sprint days. Is there a way to change that scheduling for the reminders and update emails?
(Apologies if this has already been addressed, I may have not used the correct search terms when looking at the other questions)
Thank you for the response! I think that would help us get additional buy in from our stakeholders if the updates could be made on a different day and still be included in the weekly update email. We had questions from a stakeholder regarding why there were no updates and the PO had done them on Thursday instead of Friday (as they were scheduled to be out that day) so it didn't look great for our first go at using the product.
It would be great if this became a feature. Being able to specify the send date seems like an easy feature
My Environment are currently trialling Atlas for full roll out and this is one of our most constant pieces of feedback!
One of our testing groups want to be able to send out updates on a Monday evening (they do their updates after the Monday morning Sprint Planning sessions so they can summarise what was completed the prior week and what they've planned ahead. The ability to choose when subscription emails are sent (even within the users option menu) would be so useful.
