📊 Join our Atlassian Home dashboards alpha testing!

Calling all Atlassian Home Users!

In April, Atlassian launched new platform experiences as part of Atlassian Home that enable every user to leverage goals, projects, teams, and topics, creating a more unified system of work for all types of work.

Building on this, we’re adding new dashboards to help you quickly get answers to essential questions about how work is being completed across your team.

We’re looking for a small group of alpha users to give us feedback, help validate the experience, and identify areas for improvement.

What’s involved?

We’d like to give you early access to the first release of our Atlassian Home Dashboards experience. These dashboards are a new feature, and won’t change or modify any of your existing features.

We’ll invite you to join a private Community group where you can report bugs, ask questions, share your use cases, and suggest improvements to the experience.

We may also invite you to participate in optional Zoom interviews with members of our product and design team to ask additional follow-up questions.

The feature is still under construction, and we will keep iterating quickly. Because of this, you may experience breaking changes to your charts and dashboards.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for teams who have enabled Atlassian Home on their site. Bonus if you have used Jira dashboards or Jira reports and are interested in giving feedback and testing additional prototypes.

Once you’re in the Alpha program - If you have colleagues in your team who will also use the Atlassian Home experience and are interested in giving feedback, we’d love for them to be involved too.

If you're interested, fill out this survey and we’ll be in touch!

What to expect with the Alpha program

  • The feature is still under construction, and we will keep iterating quickly. Because of this, you may experience breaking changes to your charts and dashboards.
  • The new feature can be accessed by anyone in your organization who has access to Atlassian Home.

  • We’ll use a private Community group to communicate with you during the EAP. We encourage you to share your feedback and questions there.

  • There will be an introductory Zoom call, a halfway checkpoint, and a final video call to get your live feedback.

  • You can exit the program at any time.

How to get involved

Submit an expression of interest through this survey and we’ll be in touch!

@AlL is there a deadline of when you'll stop considering survey applicants?

Hi @Allanah Miller

Which license levels will support this new dashboard / visualization feature: Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise?  With the pending removal of some dashboard gadgets, knowing the supported levels of this new feature will help customers plan accordingly.

Kind regards,
Bill

For those of us who were signed up to Atlas before Platform Experiences launched and have not yet been migrated to Platform Experiences, can we participate in the alpha testing?

Does this mean that in the future for dashboards that we will need to install Atlas, and Atlassian Home? These both seem single project/team centric.  Some of our operational teams work across multiple projects. I hope any new dashboards will take this into consideration, especially as you plan to remove the Jira roadmap gadget that so many of us use to track the portfolio view, not just a project view for upcoming releases and how they are tracking.

@Nicole Downes Atlas is being merged into Atlassian Home as part of "platform experiences". It won't exist as a separate product and you won't have to install anything.
