Unable to view certain JIRA's suddenly.

Hello,

I have noticed within the last month or so that I can no longer access this (as well as all other issues with the same tag (ATLHDBSDPD)) Jira-https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLHDBSDPD-295. I use that JIRA as an example, because it was I who created the JIRA in the first-place so I should have no issue in accessing it. I've never encountered a bug like this, and as I cannot even access the tag at all its very hard to even report such an issue. Is there any advice on where I can go to get this resolved?

since the JIRA you are using seems to be on premise in CERN data center, but not in Atlassian cloud, maybe you contact CERN support.

There is contact information at Home - CERN Service Portal: easy access to services at CERN (service-now.com).

I am pretty sure the CERN support can help you much faster and better than the Atlassian community.
