Atlas goals for individual team goals

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone have tried to use Atlas or any other Atlassian tool for team members quarterly or yearly individual goals update before?

I tried to use Atlas but unfortunately it does not let you assign individual goals to team members, its only to groups or projects or epics. But I need a feature that allows you to assign these goals to individua team member.

So our manager can meet quarterly with the team member and review okay what was your Q1 goal, how many did you accomplish, what will be your Q2 goals and so on.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm puzzled by this one. Agile teams are collaborative and thus they set goals together.
There is a lot of information on the topic.
I would not expect individual goals to catered in Agile tasking software - other than their contributions via a sprint or project.  
That said, a Confluence page might be a suitable spot for growth and development and KPI activities measure over longer periods for quarterly or annual reviews.
