@Pritam Shirahatti

You can save existing checklists as templates https://soldevelo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CS/pages/1264418962/Saving+checklist+as+template

Or you can create new checklist templates from the templates management page https://soldevelo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CS/pages/3348594689/Creating+new+template

You can configure multiple checklist templates and then add multiple checklists to your issues either manually or by configuring automation.

Feel free to contact our support should you require more guidance! Our experts will be happy to answer your questions or help you with the setup https://soldevelo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5

Best regards,
Sebastian

Multiple Checklists for JIRA is pretty powerful. But I failed to find out, how to inform watchers about a removed or checked issue. Can you help me?

Hi @Robert Hölzl

I assume you mean if there's any way to enable notifications for watchers in case the checklist is removed or completed. Unfortunately, right now we do not offer such a feature. However, if it's something you'd like to have in the app please go to our portal and request this feature.

We're always happy to gather new suggestions regarding our app.

Kind regards,
Michał

Hi, I am enjoying adding checklist automations to jira tasks. However, how do I view already created automations and how do I delete them? Thanks

UPDATE. Found, the button changes from "add automation" to "edit automation", probably I missed it
