Hello @Nico

You appear to be using a third party app (Easy Clone) to execute the issue cloning. The message indicates that the user assigned to the original issue does not have permissions in the destination project to be assigned to issues in that project.

You need to work with the Project Administrator if the destination project to get that user the permission they need.

Hello @Nico

It looks like the original Assignee doesn't have the necessary permissions to be assigned to issues in the target project.

If you are having trouble cloning to team-managed projects, you could try our app Deep Clone for Jira. Deep Clone supports cloning most things between the different project types, and with Advanced Project Clone you can even clone whole team-managed projects.
